The Studio

Welcome to Fire and Earth, a newly crafted haven for yoga and wellness. Nestled amongst the trees, the purpose-built space offers a reprieve from the hectic pace of everyday life, inviting you to reconnect yourself, immerse in the beauty of the surroundings, and create meaningful connections.

At Fire and Earth, we embrace diversity in yoga styles and encourage you to do the same. Your preferences may vary based on your current life phase, the week, or even the day. Perhaps today calls for a dynamic, fiery hot vinyasa flow, while tomorrow could be better suited for a brief 15-minute silent meditation or a soothing yin class. We encourage you to explore and choose what resonates with you at any given moment.

Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive 10 minutes early, classes will start on time and you may be refused entry if late.

  • Be respectful of others when entering the studio, do so quietly and keep noise and chatter to a minimum. Some practitioners enjoy moments of quiet reflection before or after class; be mindful of this and avoid disrupting their space on entry and exit.

  • Please leave shoes in the cubbies, shoes are not permitted in the studio.

  • Please leave all personal belongs outside the studio, we recommend you leave valuables at home.

  • Wipe down borrowed props and equipment after use and return them neatly. Ensure the studio space is left as you found it.

  • Please be mindful of your own body odours and personal hygiene. Please wear appropriate yoga clothes and refrain from using heavy scents.

  • At the end of a hot yoga class, take a moment to wipe down any extra sweat from the floor around you.

  • If you know you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know before the class begins and try your best to set up near the door for an easy exit. The final relaxation is an important part of the class where your body is able to reap all the benefits of the class and we would hate for you to miss out. If you do need to leave early, please do so before the final savasana begins.

  • Express gratitude to the teacher and fellow practitioners, creating a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
