What do I wear to class?Comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement is advisable. Barefoot is advisable as feet can slip in some poses. Shoes should be removed before entering the studio.

What do I need to bring?We recommend you bring your own mat and water. If you don’t have a mat you are welcome to borrow one of the studio mats. All other equipment is provided for you. If you are attending a warm or hot yoga class please bring a towel.

I have an injury, can I attend class?If you are injured please speak to your teacher prior to booking. Some injuries are not suitable for group classes and you may benefit more from a private class.

Is heated yoga for me?Yes! Yoga is for anyone who chooses to practice it no matter your age, sex, weight, or current physical abilities. You choose the intensity with which you work in each pose and throughout the practice. Come as you are, listen to your body and take modifications as needed.

Why infrared heat?Infrared heat has many health benefits including increased flexibility, increased circulation, detoxifying sweat, weight loss and pain relief. Click here to learn more

How hot is the studio?The studio is efficiently heated between 87 - 92 degrees with infrared radiant heat. It's like practicing in the sunshine.

Do you have a shower and changing facilities?YES! We have one shower and the toilet can be used to change if required

How often should I practice?A regular yoga practice will alleviate stress and tension, build your energy levels, create strength and balance and relieve aches and pains. A practice of 2-3 days per week will create transformation over time. For life-changing results practice 5-6 days per week.

Do I need to pre-book for classes?Yes, all classes must be pre-booked. You can view our schedule and book you class here

Can I practice if I'm under 18?Yes, absolutely! If you are over 14 you are welcome to attend any regular class accompanied by an adult. You can attend hot yoga accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.
