Service Description

In this class Mary will break down the fundamental aspects of yoga, not only demonstrating how to execute poses but also delving into the underlying reasons for their incorporation into the practice. Mary will use her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and alignment to guide you through the foundational poses. She will empower you with the skills and confidence to modify poses according to your own unique needs allowing you to get the most from your practise. You will learn the hows and whys of yoga which will allow you to confidently develop a home practice. Mary’s aim is to create an inclusive space where individuals can explore their own practice and become curious about their bodies regardless of experience level.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions These Booking Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Fire and Earth Yoga and Wellness (“the studio”) for yoga classes, workshops, events, and any other services offered by the studio. By booking and participating in any studio activities, you agree to comply with these terms. 1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. All bookings must be made in advance through the studio website www.fireandearthwellness.com or fix by Wix app 1.2. Payment for classes, workshops, or events must be made in full before participation. 1.3. Class passes & memberships may not be transferred from the person for whom they are purchased to any other group or individual. Can only be used by the named account holder. By purchasing your class pass or membership you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date chosen at time of purchase. 1.4. Class passes must only be used for classes, they do not apply to workshops and events 1.5. The studio reserves the right to modify pricing, class schedules, and services at its discretion. 1.6. Student Cards must be shown in order to avail the student membership. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: 2.1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before a scheduled class 2.2. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before a scheduled workshop or event. 2.3. Cancellations made within the specified time frame are eligible for a refund or class credit. 2.4. No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made after the specified time frame. 2.5. The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule. 3. Studio Policies: 3.1. Participants are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of classes and events. Late-comers may not be admitted to class after class start time and no refund or credit will be offered. Please call the studio ahead of time to warn us if you are late. 3.2. Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be turned off or set to aeroplane mode during classes. 3.3. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or ask participants to leave if their behaviour is inappropriate. 3.4. The use of cameras and recording equipment and mobile phones is strictly forbidden. 3.5. Introductory offers can only be used once by new clients to the studio. 3.6.
