Jen Draper

Yoga Teacher

Jen has been practising yoga for many years and fell in love with the practice because of the sense of calm it brought to her life. Jen loves the balance of strong, challenging flows and the soothing benefits of a slower, more embodied practice. In order to deepen her own practice she completed her 200hr YTT with Frog Lotus in Spain. Jen is also a primary school teacher and has a passion for helping people learn. She brings her kind and soothing energy to all of her classes. Her passion for yoga lies in the mind-body connection that she guides her students to find in her classes.
