Pilates Teacher

Jen is a passionate Pilates instructor who received her diploma in Dubai through the

International Recognised Active IQ Body Hack program. Her journey into Pilates began

when she sought relief from bulging discs in her lower back, and she quickly fell in love with

the practice. Pilates not only helped her recover but also became a vital part of her wellness

routine, serving as medicine for both her mind and body.

A lover of all things wellness, Jen embraces a holistic approach to health, focusing on the

balance of movement, mindfulness, and well-being. She is dedicated to sharing the

transformative benefits of Pilates with her clients, helping them strengthen their bodies,

improve mobility, and find their own sense of balance. Whether you’re a beginner or
