Suitable for: Those with experience looking to deepen their practise

A strong dynamic class with emphasis on alignment, body awareness and mindful movement.  Expect a challenging practice at a pace that keeps you engaged, with a perfect balance between challenge and accessibility. Mary will guide you through a carefully curated sequence that promotes both strength and flexibility, encouraging you to explore your edge while respecting your body's limits. The practice will include a mix of standing and seated poses, arm balances, inversions, and backbends. Mary will offer variations and modifications, catering for your own unique needs. Leave the class with a feeling of empowerment and connection.
