Hot Fusion Yoga

Suitable for: All levels but expect a challenge
Experience the benefits of infrared heat in this hot fusion class that combines many traditional styles of yoga including hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa and yin. You can expect challenging but centering movement while connecting to your breath and moving mindfully at a pace that suits you. As you move through the sequence of yoga poses, the heat becomes a catalyst for increased flexibility and improved circulation. The warmth encourages muscles to relax, allowing for a deeper stretch and a greater release of tension.
