Self Love Workshop

Join Mary for this 2 hour set care practice. We will focus on the heart and sacral chakras, the centres of unconditional love, emotional power, creativity and passion. Go on a journey of self discovery through mindful movement, breath awareness, mediation and journaling and finish the practice with a hot cuppa of your chouce and an opportunity to gather and refulect with those who shared the pracitce with you.
