Self Love Journey

Join Ellen as she invites you to embark on your "Self love Journey".

In this workshop you will be invited to sit in circle with like minded people, where Ellen will talk about the importance of self love, sharing wisdom on different ways of loving yourself and helping you build a healthy belief system with yourself. You will be devoting this time to nourishing your own needs, resting and recharging the soul.

You can look forward to a peaceful candlelit space, where you will be guided through a number of self love practices. These practices aim to release any tension or unwanted energies in your body, form a loving relationship with yourself and encourage you to live your life through a place of love.

You can expect a relaxing but uplifting self love meditation, self massage practice, guided intentional movement, affirmation work, lots of chats, craic and tea along the way ❤️
