Rest, Restore and Sound Experience

Join us for this 2 hour self care practice. Mary will start off with a 90 minute Rest and Restore practice, designed to leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. This practice is a gentle, restorative experience suitable for all bodies, where we will use props to support your body, allowing for complete relaxation and comfort. Through mindful breathwork, calming postures, and guided meditation, you will ease tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Michaela will lead the final 30 minutes with a soothing sound bath to leave you floating away.
