This 8-Week MBSR - MBCT course combines the foundations of mindfulness from the 8-Week MBSR course with techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

The MBSR - MBCT course can help you:

• Stop battling with yourself to meet impossible goals or be perfect.

• Recognize habituated patterns of thinking that signal a downward mood spiral.

• Interrupt thinking that can spiral into anxiety, low mood, or depressive relapse.
