Join Sonia for a somatic movement & embodiment dance workshop to soften into the spring energy by tapping into the energy of creativity and expansion.

This is a 3 hour event for woman to explore movement, share and emerge with fresh perceptions, perspectives and creativity.

By moving into our bodies to dance, to be in connection we can create space for deeper listening and let our ideas be a movement.

We can be inspired by our dance, by our capacity to connect and this workshop is all about our capacity to tap into creativity through dance & movement.
