About the event
We’ll explore the Superficial Back Line, which in Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine corresponds to the Bladder Meridian and it includes calves, hamstrings, glutes, back and neck.
Working with this line can be very supportive when dealing with:
• lower back pain
• headaches (especially at the back of the head)
• tiredness
• knee issues
