Community Class (FREE)

Hi 👋 I'm Emma, a student yoga teacher with YoGrà Studio, Maynooth and practising there even longer. I live in Kildare, with my husband Dónaill and our wonderful 15 month old son, Cillian. I've worked in the area of heath promotion for the last ten years with a focus at different stages on cardiovascular health, social prescribing and community based initiatives.

My yoga journey began many years ago and I've always loved it. Yoga became a fundamental part of my life at a time when I was struggling with my mental health, it offered me a space to feel calm and gave me focus when I felt I didn't have any. It's my hope to bring that sense of space and community to others through yoga.
