Children’s mindfulness and jewellery making workshop

Your children are warmly invited to participate in an interactive workshop themed around Autumn and all the changes this season brings🍁

Róisín aims to create a safe space for children to relax, learn and get creative. She believes that when you weave well being with creativity the children are more receptive and enjoy what they are learning-more mindful ways of being in a busy world.

We invite your children to participate in this fun workshop and know they will enjoy themselves as well as gain tools to improve their self confidence. We are offering a place for them to escape the noisy world. A place where they can just be and connect to themselves as well as to one another.

We want to share tools that will help reduce their worry or stress as well as increase their confidence and trust in themselves for the coming year.
