Yin Yoga

Jade (@JadeGreenYoga) is a Yin and Restorative Yoga teacher who completed her training with Green Lotus Yoga in Ireland. Since then, she has deepened her practice through further study in Yoga for Menopause with Yinstinct Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga with New York non-profit Exhale to Inhale.

 

Her yoga journey began over a decade ago, when she turned to the practice to manage chronic back pain. What started as a way to ease physical discomfort became one of the most effective tools she found for building long-term strength, mobility, and managing anxiety. Through her own experience, Jadedeveloped a deep respect for the power of slower, supportive practices—especially for those navigating stress, tension, pain, or trauma. She now teaches with the aim of helping others feel more comfortable, capable, and at ease in their bodies.

 

Her classes combine functional movement principles with the therapeutic benefits of Yoga—from releasing tight fascia and improving joint mobility, to regulating the nervous system and fostering true rest. Jade believes in the value of shared space and supportive community. Her classes offer more than just movement—they’re a space to slow down, breathe, and connect in a way that feels inclusive, down-to-earth, and free of judgment.

 

Jade is from Athlone and is a mother of two and loves all forms of movement from yoga to aerial silks and strength training.
