Yin Yoga

Distinct from a more dynamic practise, Yin yoga is slow and passive in nature. In Yin we sink deeply into floor poses and find stillness for extended periods of time. We relax the muscles so that we can soak deeply into the joints and deep connective tissue of the body. Yin promotes joint health and range of motion as well as helping to release tension stored in the body. In a society that glorifies a fast paced life, Yin is a unique practice designed to create space through stillness. This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome, no yoga experience required.
