Birth Power

When: Thursday at 7.30pm

Suitable for: Those 12 weeks or more pregnant 

Birth Power pregnancy yoga and birth prep classes combine yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques, gentle strengthening and stretching along with birth education and empowerment. Led by Mary, Mum of 4, birth educator and birth doula. The classes will prepare the mind and body for a positive birth experience giving you the skills and tools you need for a empowered labour, birth and postpartum experience
