Pilates

This Mixed Ability Pilates class is designed for participants of all fitness levels, from

beginners to more advanced practitioners. Using a combination of Pilates techniques and

resistance equipment such as bands and stability balls, this class will help build core strength,

flexibility, and balance.

Jen will guide you through a series of low-impact exercises that focus on improving posture,

enhancing mobility, and increasing overall body awareness. Modifications will be provided

throughout the class, ensuring that both beginners and more experienced individuals can

work at their own pace and intensity.

The use of resistance bands and stability balls adds variety and challenge, helping to engage

different muscle groups and deepen your practice. Whether you're looking to tone muscles,

increase flexibility, or simply enjoy a mindful workout, this class offers a supportive and

welcoming environment for everyone.
