Beginners Flow
When: Tuesday at 6.30pm
Suitable for: Absolute beginners
Let's start at the very beginning. This class will be accessible and welcoming to all levels, but it's main focus will be on beginners and those who are new to the practice of yoga. Focusing on breath awareness, gentle and mindful movement as well as an introduction to the philosophy and intention of yoga, we will learn how to slowly and safely introduce this practice into our lives. If you have never stepped on to a mat or into a studio then this class is for you. Everybody will be welcomed into this safe and accepting space, exactly as they are.
